Refund Policy

We believe in transparency around money. This policy explains exactly what refunds apply to each track, how to request one, and how quickly you can expect to receive it.
1. ISA Track (Placement Track)
The Placement Track requires no upfront payment — so there is nothing to refund. Simple as that.
More importantly: if you don't get placed, you don't pay — ever. The ISA only activates once you are earning above the income threshold (₹3.5 LPA). If placement never materialises, your ISA obligation is zero.
2. Standard Track Refunds
Standard Track students pay an upfront program fee. Refunds are available on the following schedule:
After the 2-week mark, materials, recorded sessions, and platform access have been fully provided and no refund is available.
3. Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In cases of genuine hardship — including a serious medical emergency or the bereavement of an immediate family member — we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, even outside the standard windows above.

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to hello@gnixar.com with the subject line:
Refund Request — [Your Full Name]Please include the following in your email:
- Your enrollment ID (found in your enrollment confirmation email).
- The reason for your refund request.
- Any supporting documentation, if applicable (e.g., medical certificate for extenuating circumstances).
5. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at enrollment (credit/debit card, bank transfer, UPI, etc.). Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. ISA Overpayments
ISA repayments are capped at ₹2,50,000. If, due to a calculation error or processing delay, you have paid more than the cap, Gnixar Academy will automatically identify the overpayment and refund the excess amount to your registered bank account within 30 days of the overpayment being identified. You do not need to request this — we will notify you when the refund is initiated.
